Why is the BBC so Negative?

Pam? gan fod euogrwydd 'da'r dosbarth canol Cymreig am eu esgeulustod a diffyg fenter. Mae'n newyddion gwych y bydd PApur Newydd dyddiol 'da ni yn fuan. Bydd yn helpu creu diwylliant sifig a chenedlaethol go iawn. Byddwn i disgwyl i'r cenedlaetholwyr gwneud mwy o swn am greu infastructure genedlaethol.

Probably because the welsh middle class is feeling guilty about it's apathy and lack of enterprise. It's great news that we'll soon have a daily news paper. It will help create a real civic national culture. I would've expected the Nats to make more noise about thecreation of a national infrastructure.
